'Curriculum for Excellence' challenges teachers in Scotland to provide a coherent, more flexible and enriched curriculum focused on the needs of all pupils. This fundamental review of the curriculum has significant implications for the way in which learning is organised and managed.

The aim of the session is to allow participants to reflect on issues about school leadership. the model currently being implemented in Bell Baxter will be used as a basis for discussion about the challenges and opportunities presented by 'CfE'.

Discussion will focus on the key issues about managing change and developing leadership across the school.
